Data we collect
When you send a request, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the content of your request and any attached documents. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and provide the service ordered (conclusion and performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Documents related to orders are kept as long as the law requires.
Sharing
Requests are delivered through our email provider (Google Workspace). We share data only with partners (e.g. sworn translators, notaries) needed to provide the service you ordered.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
