If a person who does not speak Estonian takes part in a notarial act, we also provide an interpreter, on site or via video.

Are notarisation and an apostille the same thing?

No. A notary certifies a copy or a signature; an apostille authenticates a public document — including a notary's signature — for use abroad. Often you need both.

Do your services replace a notary?

No. Notarial acts are always performed by a notary. We organise the whole process, prepare the documents and combine it with translation, apostille and legalisation.
